Healthcare website design for clinics

Built by hand, fast on a mid-range Android, written for a patient who is a little worried.

A laptop and a phone on a studio desk showing the same clinic site at two sizes, printed page-structure sheets laid out beside them.

What should a clinic website do for your practice?

A patient who has never met you decides in about a minute whether your clinic looks trustworthy. That decision usually happens on a phone, at night, after a search like “dentist near me” or “skin doctor in Mehsana”.

So your website has three jobs. Look professional. Answer the questions the patient actually has. Make the next step obvious. Everything we build serves those three jobs, and we leave out anything that does not.

Two phones side by side: on the left a cluttered, dated clinic website with small text and a crowded menu; on the right the same practice rebuilt with a clear headline, one obvious booking button and generous spacing.

Why every treatment needs its own page

Most clinic websites have one “Services” page that lists everything in a few lines. That page cannot rank for any specific search, and it cannot answer any specific worry.

We write a page for each treatment you offer. Each one covers what the treatment involves, how long it takes, what affects the cost, and what recovery feels like, in the words patients type, not clinical terms. That is also the content a search engine can quote when it writes its own answer above the results, which is why our website work and our local SEO work are planned together.

The words come before the design, every time

How fast should a clinic website load?

Fast enough that nobody leaves. A page that takes six seconds on a ₹12,000 Android loses the patient before it says a word.

We use almost no JavaScript, we compress every image, and we measure the result on a mid-range Android over mobile data. Our reference is a largest contentful paint under 1.2 seconds. This website is built the same way, so you can test the claim on your own phone right now.

How patients contact you

A beautiful site that hides its phone number is a brochure, not a tool.

We make contact effortless: tap to call, tap for directions, and a WhatsApp button that opens a message the patient only has to send. Those enquiries go wherever your front desk will actually see them.

What happens after the website launches?

Hours change. New doctors join. Software needs updating. That is why every build can continue into ongoing website care, with a written schedule instead of a vague promise.

Which cities do you build for?

We work from one studio in Mehsana and build for practices across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Visnagar, Unjha, Patan and the wider North Gujarat region. Being close helps: we can visit your clinic, photograph it properly, and understand who your patients are.

How it works

The path a worried patient takes, and the three jobs the site has along it.

  1. 01

    A search, at night

"Dentist near me", on a mid-range Android, from someone a little worried.

  2. 02

    Your treatment page

Not a services list. The page about the one thing they searched for.

    Look professional

  3. 03

    The question answered

What it involves, what affects the cost, what recovery feels like.

    Answer the real question

  4. 04

    One tap to you

A WhatsApp message already half-written, or tap to call.

Questions

Asked about this service

How long does it take to build a clinic website?

Four weeks is typical: one week to study your market, one to agree the structure and words, one to design and build, and one to launch and measure. Bigger multi-specialty sites take longer, and we tell you that before you pay anything.

Do you use website templates?

No. Every site is designed around your practice, your treatments and your city. Templates are the reason most clinic websites look the same, and looking the same does not earn trust.

Will my clinic website work well on phones?

It is built for phones first. Most patients will find you on a mid-range Android on mobile data, so that is the phone we design for and test on: not our own laptops.

Can patients book an appointment through the website?

Yes. We usually build the enquiry flow on WhatsApp, because that is where your patients already are. Tap-to-call and directions are always one tap away too.

What does a clinic website cost?

One fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. The amount depends on how many treatments need pages and whether you need Gujarati as well as English. The free review tells you what you actually need first.

Can I keep my current domain name?

Yes. We move the site to a new build without changing your domain, and we set up redirects so your existing Google results keep working.

Send your clinic's name. We reply with what a patient sees.

One WhatsApp message: no form, no call, no deck. You get a written review of the specific things costing you patients, and if the answer is "change nothing", we will say that.
